Week Six: Go-to Dunkin' Order

    Hi guys! Welcome back for another week of drinks! This is week six of my blog, and for those of you that are new, I've dedicated this blog series to sharing the different beverage recipes and drink orders that I try out, along with giving my review of them. I love getting recommendations of new drinks from friends, and sharing my favorites with them as well, which is the whole inspiration behind these posts! 

    This week I decided on not trying a brand new recipe or order, and am going to share with you my favorite Dunkin Coffee order! I've had the exact same order from Dunkin since middle school, and I haven't gone to Dunkin in a while, as I've been mostly going to Starbucks or making my coffee from home, so I figured this would be perfect to share!

    As I've mentioned before in my other posts, I typically keep my coffee orders and recipes pretty basic, with simple ingredients and flavors, as I prefer a classic sweet vanilla  taste in all of my coffees. Contrary to my other blog posts, I actually prefer Dunkin's coffee over Starbuck's coffee. Although Dunkin's quality is probably a lot lower than Starbucks', considering that its always a gamble whether your coffee from Dunkin will taste great or like sewer water, I still feel that on a good day, I like Dunkin's coffee taste more. Starbucks is also almost double the price, has more complicated ingredients and choices, and has a little too strong of bitter coffee taste in my opinion. 

    For my Dunkin order I just ask for an "Iced Vanilla Coffee with Cream and Sugar". I sometimes will substitute the sugar for liquid cane sugar, this doesn't change the taste at all, it just depends on if I want to taste the sugar granulates or if I want it all to be smooth. This order is always my go to because its the right amount of sweet and coffee taste, without being too bitter or strong. When made correctly, I'll always give this order a 10/10.

    As a former sbux barista, I love to see your point of view. I'm so used to behind the scenes there, I never know what to get at other shops. I'll defintely be checking back for recommendations!

    This used to be my go to drink from Dunkin before I stopped drinking coffee! I LOVED the vanilla. All of my friends would always get the caramel flavor and judge me for wanting vanilla so I am glad there is another like me that enjoys the vanilla!
